3D Modelling and Rendering

Part of Yellow Jacket involves completeing the entire ensemble for your impact - quite literally!  We have at our disposal a collection
of musical instruments, and means by which to record and compose a number of custom pieces as needed for use in video work or
just for fun.  The example below is composed from a popular song using a Digital Audio Workstation, and over a million samples
recorded by the Vienna Symphony Orchestra.

Using the same technology to create and modify the 3D models
above, we export to a full 3D rendering system, apply textures
and environment, and come up with something like this.  Note
the sand beach, background mountains and sky (reflected in
the windows, paint and chrome), and the water lapping at the
beach in the foreground.

 vr3

Created entirely from scratch (from model to render), this is the
VR3 technical dive computer, by VR Technologies in the U.K.
To create this render, we paid particular attention to the exact
lighting required for the back-lighting on the LCD display, the
reflective qualities of the chess pieces, the surface textures of the
anodized aluminum outer case, and the reflections in the marble.
